Website Registrations:
1. Question: I didn't see my password when I registered my team as a Coach so I registered again. The second time I registered my team I didn't see the password either, where do I get the password?
Answer: The password is e-mailed from the OGSA web system. Along with the password is player registration instructions the Coach must forward to each parent on the team.
2.Question: I registered my team and never got a e-mail with my team password. How do I get my Team password.
Answer: The Team Player Registration Instruction and Password e-mail make take a few hours, however if you opted out of OGSA e-mail during registration or account set up you will not get this e-mail.
3. Question: Where is the question regarding the Opt out e-mail is this the same thing as the question on the account set up "Yes , please send me e-mails about special events...?
Answer: To OPT-OUT of OGSA e-mail means that you do not wish to have e-mails from OGSA. OGSA e-mails each parent and team thier seasonal schedules, rainout and makeup game re-schedules and more. In addition, if you’re a Coach that has registered your team the system will send Team Player Registration Instruction and Password.
Training guides and video is online under the "Web Site Training" area for information to change your OPT-IN options.
4. Question: I don't hear any sound during the training video is there something wrong with my computer?
Answer: No, the videos have instructions at the bottom of the screen with no sound recorded. Nothing is wrong with your computer
5. Question: I signed up as a Team and wanted to sign up each of my players where do I enter their information.
Answer: After you have signed up as a Team, you will receive an e-mail from the system with a team password. Please forward or pass this along to each of your parents. They will need to create an OGSA account and sign up their player and sign off for the medical release and consent forms.
6. Question: I cannot register my daughter, her team. I have a password from the Coach and went through the links provided in the e-mail sent out to register. But it tells me I have an incorrect password.
Answer: Where does it tell you that you have the incorrect password? Does the page your browser stop's on have a username and password entry? Or have you completed this process and have entered your daughter's Medical Dr's information, wavier and consent information?
It sounds like you’re at the page that is asking your OGSA username and password, if you have an OGSA account already please enter your personal OGSA Account username and password here. If you don't have an account please create one.
If you do have an account: please enter your username and password and proceed through the registration.
I've already proceeded through the Dr.'s information and the consent and wavier information yet the team password still doesn't work:
If this isn't the case then you have already been asked about the OGSA consent and wavier information including the Medical Doctor information. The additional player information will ask about the team password. Please make certain that when entering the team password through the registration process that there is NO SPACE before or after the password.
Individual Registration Questions:
- What will be the total cost for a girl to play?
If each player is signing up individually then a total of $140.00 per player is the fee. This of course can be either paid by check (to be mailed immediately for acceptance into league) or by credit card if the parent registers online at the www.olathegirlssoftball.com web site.
- Do I have the girls complete the individual registration form from the pink flyer?
Yes you can, but I would recommend the online registration offered for the 1st time this year by OGSA. By heading over to the web site www.olathegirlssoftball.com parents can create a new account, add their daughters and register for a program. This all begins 1st thing Friday morning.
- Where can I get additional copies of the individual registration form?
Please encourage your parents to use the OGSA online registration for player registration.
- Do I turn in the registration forms for each player all together?
You can make additional copies of the flyer mailed out and hand them all in during the registration process if you are going to sign up as a team with individual player registrations. However you ask your parents to create an account on OGSA and register their daughter and enter your name as Coach during the registration process so that they can be assigned to your team. This takes the load off you as Coach and Team Manager.
